Hornblower Cruises operates the NYC Ferry public network of ferry routes for New York City. The network has multiple routes with 24 piers between the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island. Originally expected to transport 4.5 to 4.6 million passengers annually, ridership estimates were revised in early 2018 to 9 million.
Redmon provides their Transit Display digital signage solution for all stops in the NYC Ferry network. Also, displays for NYC Ferry not only incorporate real-time arrivals/departure information for the ferry network. In addition to facilitate transit by providing local bus and Citibike information.
