Researchers at San Francisco State University and the University of California, San Francisco turned to Redmon to create an online version of a classroom-based workshop. This workshop was developed for promoting healthy relationships among gay male couples.
Redmon's version, called GROW (Gay Relationship Online Workshop) incorporates interactive exercises, assessments, reflection questions, and role-playing activities. This is into an easy-to-navigate website used by both members of a couple sitting together. In the original workshop, participants role-played scenarios after watching the facilitators act out examples. For GROW, Redmon created a set of videos to replace the live examples.
We developed the website using responsive design and a content management system. Also, we built a separate administrative system for managing and tracking users.
Redmon filmed a series of videos and incorporated interactive exercises, assessments, reflection questions, and role-playing activities into an easy-to-navigate website.
