Below you can see a recent program we have implemented for one of our clients.
Stress Reduction and Diabetes Prevention program for Hispanics living in rural areas. For this program we developed a mobile based program which allows the user to have access to a variety of tools that they can access at any time. One new feature we implemented was a Steps Tracker which monitor the users’ steps, via FitBit integration. This program includes a variety of engaging interactive pages, videos, assessments, audio pages and much more. Oh, and it is important to note that this entire program was developed in dual language; English and Spanish. Anytime the user wants to change languages, they have the ability to do so at any point in the program. The program also includes SMS motivational text messages throughout the course of 3 months.
